Red hair is definitely gorgeous! With my dark skin I could never be anything but a brunette without looking incredibly trashy and fake, but I've always admired that unique red hair color!

I've been a redhead at times, sadly not natural though. Mine just gets gingery bits in the sun. I love Shirley Manson, Florence Welch and the of course Jessica Rabbit ;-)

I would just like to say I'm a readhead tooooo!! :-) AND I think I'm obsessed with spotting other red-heads, trying to figure out if they dye it or if it's genetic!! I hated my red locks when I was a wee nipper & a teenager it wasn't until I was 26 before I decided to grow it, & go back to my natural tresses! I had it pink, blue, purple pillerboxred etc. etc. for YEARS shaved it, spiked it straightened it...and now it's just long & natural, I LOVE IT, it's big and bouncy & shiny & I feel so proud!!! It's funny how fashion trends can help you change your mind about it too...I'm just glad I finally appreciate it! Thanks for a great article!! x
